What makes your hotel distinct?

The Cofortel Hotel is distinct due to its proximity to the Quebec City region's major roadways. Its Stay and Fly service with its large parking lot as well as its membership as a hotel in the Select Privilege Club of Quebec are two more aspects that distinguish us from others.

How far is your hotel from Old Quebec's major tourist attractions?

We are a short 15-minute drive from all of Old Quebec's major attractions. In addition, you will be able to easily access all activity sites in the Quebec City region.

How far is your hotel from Quebec International Airport?

We are situated 5 minutes from the Quebec Airport. We also offer preferential rates with our Départ du Sud 1 and Départ du Sud 2 packages.

How far is your hotel from the train station?

Our hotel is a 10-minute drive from the Quebec City train station.

What is included in your continental breakfast?

Our complimentary continental breakfast offers you the opportunity to toast our bread to your liking directly on the grill. It also includes fresh muffins, slices of orange, bagels and delicious rolls, all accompanied by a variety of jams, coffee, tea and juice. Eat your breakfast while relaxing with one of our complimentary newspapers.

Are there any restaurants close to your hotel?

There are roughly 50 different restaurants within a 1-km radius of the Cofortel Hotel.

Is parking included in the price?

Yes. Parking is free at the Cofortel Hotel. In addition, thanks to the way the hotel is built, parking is close to the front door of most of the first floor rooms. A considerable advantage when compared to downtown hotels.

Does your hotel welcome families?

Yes. Plus, children under the age of 12 stay free when accompanied by an adult at the Cofortel Hotel.

Do you offer smoking rooms?

Smoking is strictly prohibited at all times inside of the Cofortel Hotel.

Does your hotel offer different sizes of beds?

Yes. We have 100 standard rooms that are furnished with a Queen Size bed and a sofa bed. We also have 40 rooms that are furnished with two double beds.

Are the rooms at your hotel air conditioned?

Yes. All of our rooms and suites are air conditioned.

Can your hotel welcome groups? Business meetings?

Do you offer a long term stay discount?

Yes. Contact us to let us know your needs and negotiate a rate that will meet your requirements.

What is the percentage of lodging tax that is charged in your city?

There is a 3% lodging tax in Quebec City. You must also add a federal sales tax of 5% and a provincial sales tax of 7.5%.

What is your hotel's cancellation policy?

Cancellations after 3:00 pm the day before your arrival will result in the first night, as well as all applicable taxes being charged to the card number used for your reservation. In case of a no-show or an absence without warning, the first night, as well as all applicable taxes will be charged to the card number used for your reservation.
