The Route Verte

The Cofortel Hotel is an affiliated member of the Route verte du Québec. In the Quebec City area, the Route Verte is a circuit of numerous bicycle paths throughout the Vieille Capitale. It allows you to visit a number of historical sites via the chemin du Roy or by taking a ride along the coast and shoreline of the St. Lawrence River. The Samuel-de-Champlain promenade, as well as the Corridor du Littoral are both great bike paths that border the river. To the North, the Corridor des Cheminots is a direct path to the Jacques Cartier/Portneuf nature area.
